I walked in thinking I knew what sofa I wanted, but Tina helped me find something even BETTER and which suits my requirement for availability. Overall a great range of quality products as well.

We purchased a sofa with Yasmin and she was very patience while we tried different sofas. She had a lot of knowledge about the products and was able to sell us on what was right for us. There was a wait for the sofa to arrive however it was worth the wait. I absolutely love my sofa and will be going back for to purchase another one when we do our media room. My experience buying my first couch is with Lounge Life has been nothing short of amazing. From my first enquiry, Adrian looked after me and made sure all my questions were answered and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Due to covid I couldn’t go in store to view or have a feel of the couch, but I felt like I could trust Adrian and somehow he new EXACTLY what I wanted, from the style, fabric and colour. The delivery was done on a public holiday which is just amazing as I would never expect a company to deliver on a public holiday let alone help assemble it AND take all the rubbish (cardboard etc) with them! I couldn’t recommend this company enough, not only for their customer service, but for their amazing product. Thankyou!

Tina was very helpful. With so many options available, she helped us narrow down to the exact size and colour we were looking for.

Unfortunately we had some problems with our order and the salesman we dealt with is no longer there. Loucinda, in customer service, was calm, easy to speak with and understood our situation. She kept us up to date on what was happening and we felt the whole time a remedy was being worked through by SofaLab. We understand mistakes get made, but how companies deal with them is what’s important- in our case brilliant and thank you (especially to Loucinda).

After sales service has been poor. I ordered a sofa and armchair on the 3/07/2020 and it's now 15 weeks later and the first I have heard from the company is an email telling me that my delivery is expected mid November. No explanation of why it is taking so long and the only previous contact I have had is 2 calls initiated by me to enquire when delivery will be, both times I was told delivery was expected around the second week of October. I understand there may be delays due to covid 19 restrictions but at no time has anyone from this company offered that as an explanation or apologised for the delay. Good thing for them couches are an infrequent purchase because I won't be purchasing from them again.
